How do I care for my Bee Leaf bags ?

It is easy to care for your Bee Leaf Bags. All bags can be spot cleaned using a sponge and mild detergent or you can gently hand wash and air dry. The rigid bottom in the Kangaroo Karrier can be spot cleaned but do not submerge. Do not iron or put any of the Bee Leaf bags in the dryer.

 

 

ORDERING

How do I order?   

Most of our customers order online. However, customers are welcome to place orders by phone – call customer service at 800-820-BEELEAF.

Can I place an order outside of the Continental U.S.?

We warmly welcome orders from outside the Continental U.S. To place an order requiring international shipping please call customer service at 800-820-BEELEAF for assistance. Note: Free shipping offers do not extend outside of the Continental U.S.

 

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is automatically generated based on where the order is being shipped to, and the rates applicable in that state or district.

 

Order Tracking

How can I track my domestic package?

Upon placing an order with us, an email will be sent to you automatically with tracking information.  In addition, you may log-in to your account at any time to check on the status of your order. Use Go to My Account to begin this process.

 

Cancellations

How do I cancel my order?

Our goal is to provide exceptional service. To provide timely delivery we begin processing your order immediately after it has been placed. Once your order has been submitted it cannot be altered. We are happy to accept a return or help you with an exchange if your order needs to be changed. Changing Your Order

How can I add to or edit my order?

You may change your order at any time before you click the final PLACE ORDER button. Once you have submitted your order it cannot be changed. However you may contact us to return and/or exchange an item if it was placed in error.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 

How long do deliveries take?

Orders are shipped according to standards selected by you. You may use the tracking number provided at the time of purchase to follow status of your order.

 

Can I ship my order to a Post Office Box? 

Unfortunately we do not ship to post office boxes. UPS requires that we ship to physical addresses only.

 

Will I receive a confirmation of my order and how can I check its status?

Once an order is made, a confirmation email will automatically be sent featuring      tracking information for your shipment. 

 

What are your shipping charges? 

Shipping charges depend on several factors:

·         Size (dimension and weight) of the shipment

·         Destination

·         Your selection of shipping - overnight, express, or by ground

 

Can I ship items to multiple addresses?

In order to maintain accuracy and exceptional service, each order can have only one delivery address. Please create one order per receiving address and you will receive a tracking number for each order.

 

What locations does Bee Leaf ship to?

Bee Leaf currently ships to all addresses in the Contiguous U.S. To place an order requiring international shipping or locations outside of the continental U.S., we invite you to call customer service at 800-820-BEELEAF. Note: free shipping offers do not extend outside of the Continental U.S.

 

Qualifying for Free Shipping

All orders of $49.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below $49.00 will ship for varying rates depending on your selected shipping method. Bee Leaf reserves the right to change its shipping policies at any time. This offer is valid for single-destination shipments within the Continental U.S. only.   

 

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

 

Bee Leaf Concepts is committed to bringing our customers the highest quality goods and services in the marketplace. It is essential that our customers are satisfied with our products and we will always interact with you fairly and reasonably.

We allow 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Additionally, the item must include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.

How much is shipping when returning merchandise?

Return shipping is absolutely free within the Continental U.S.

How do I return an item?

To return an item please fill out the Return Authorization form and submit to customersupport@beeleafconcepts.com. Once your return has been approved, we will send you a pre-paid UPS domestic or USPS domestic label to return the item to us. All items should be returned to Bee Leaf Concepts, 88 East Main Street, Suite 336, Mendham, NJ 07945. Refunds will be issued only to qualified returns (see Return & Refund Policy for details).

How do I mail a return item?

Once the return is approved you will be provided with a pre-paid UPS domestic or USPS domestic label to return the item to us.

What items are not eligible for returns?

Sale items and special promotional items are not eligible for refunds or returns.

 

How long does it take to be credited for a returned item?

Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment center (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days. Please note, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2 to 10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

 

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will immediately notify you regarding the status of your refund.

•If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment.

•You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Typically this occurs within 5 to 7 business days.

•There are no restocking fees associated with our products.

 

SALE ITEMS & SPECIAL PROMOTION ITEMS

Sale items and special promotion items are not eligible for refunds or returns.
